Individual events will be 50m, 100m, 200m all strokes plus 100m, 200m and 400m Freestyle. All events will be Heat Declared, <strong>9-year olds are <u>NOT<\/u> permitted to swim the 400m, 800m and 1500m Freestyle. 10 &amp; 11 years olds are NOT permitted to swim 800m &amp; 1500m Freestyle<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><strong>Ages as at 11<sup>th<\/sup> June 2023<\/strong><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Entry fees are \u00a36.00 per individual swim entry by file.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Entries should be made using Sportsystems Entries Manager V2. Please apply to the meet secretary for a file set. E-mailed entries and mailed payment should be sent to the meet secretary by<strong> 7pm on <u>22nd May 2023<\/u>. <\/strong>\u00a0Payment should be made to Middlesbrough ASC. Preferred method of payment is by bank transfer to Middlesbrough ASC sort code :05-06-01 Account Number: 15711014<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Entry times should be converted to 25m pool times by use of ASA Conversion Tables.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submitted entry times shall be used for seeding and rejection purposes as required.
