Swimmer of the Month

Our sponsors, Anderson Ellis Architecture , are proud to congratulate our latest Swimmers of the Month.

Swimmers of the month for June 2024 are:

Molly, Competitive B.

Molly has made staggering leaps and bounds in her technique and her stamina since joining the squad. Showing real true professionalism, she is always ready and eager to get stuck in. Molly is quiet poolside but she makes up her voice in the pool by consistently training hard! I can’t wait for a full season of you in Comp B! Well done.

Harvey, Youth Potential

Harvey joined the squad as a new member in June and his enthusiasm for swimming and working hard has been fantastic. His effort at rectifying his faulty breastroke kick has been impressive and will pay off in the new season. Well done for a great attitude, super attendance, and always having a smile.

Robert, Elite.

Robert made the decision to offer his spot in the medley relay to Owen Reed. This generous act was aimed at supporting the rest of the team and ensuring that our club could enter the most competitive team possible. Robert’s decision demonstrates a true spirit of teamwork and dedication. His willingness to put the team’s success above personal glory is inspiring and greatly appreciated by everyone at the club.

Jacob, Comp A

Despite several months of waiting, Jacob has remained committed to his training, showing a remarkable attitude and resilience.

Jacob’s example is a testament to the importance of believing in yourself. His determination and positive mindset are an inspiration to all club members, reminding that true progress often requires time and continuous effort.

Ethan, Active

Ethan is the most regular swimmer in the squad, works hard and is keen to move up to one of the more competitive squads.

Maisy, Development

Maisy comes to all sessions, and has a good attitude towards her training. When others give in, Maisy just keeps on going.

Daniel, Junior Potential

Daniel has worked really hard this month. He continued to work on his times while still enjoying getting the maximum out of swimming.
