Our Competitive A squad is a replacement for our previous National Squad and is aimed at dedicated and highly motivated swimmers looking to achieve their full potential. Swimmers will be aiming for Swim England National Qualifying times as well as seeking to medal at local and regional events.
The squad is aimed at all competitive swimmers performing at a high level. Swimmers in the Competitive A squad will have regular opportunities to swim alongside our Elite Squad, and where appropriate may be selected to progress to the Elite Squad.
Competitive A swimmers will also swim alongside our Competitive B swimmers with an expectation that they will provide support and encouragement to those in Competitive B.
